关于我们​ 新石器是智能汽车与移动服务领域的创新者，致力于打造下一代智能网联汽车的核心操作系统与云原生基础平台。在这里，你将与顶尖的工程师一起，构建支撑百万级车辆并发连接、实时数据处理与智能决策的系统底座，挑战全球最复杂的车云协同架构难题。 岗位职责​ 1.负责智能网联基础平台（车云协同架构、边缘计算平台、实时数据中台）的架构设计、技术选型与核心模块开发，重点保障系统的高并发、低延迟、高可用性。 2.主导平台级技术攻关，解决海量车辆接入、实时数据采集、分布式消息调度、资源弹性伸缩等核心瓶颈问题。 3.作为小组技术负责人，带领团队完成架构落地、代码评审、性能优化与稳定性保障，培养团队技术深度。 4。设计并落地平台容灾、灰度发布、立体化监控体系，支撑7×24小时无人驾驶运营服务。 5.与自动驾驶、车联网、数据平台等团队深度协同，输出平台化技术方案，推动业务迭代效率提升。

1.5年以上后端或基础架构经验，3年以上高并发系统架构设计经验，有从0到1主导复杂系统架构的成功落地案例。 2.精通高并发场景下的架构设计，至少满足以下三项： *有单系统日请求量千亿级或同时在线连接百万级的系统实战经验； *深度掌握分布式架构（微服务、服务网格、Serverless）、消息队列（Kafka/Pulsar）、实时计算（Flink/Spark Streaming）等技术栈； *对性能瓶颈有敏锐嗅觉，能系统性解决CPU调度、内存管理、网络I/O、数据库连接池等底层问题； 3.具备大规模分布式系统调优经验（如JVM/内核参数优化、链路治理、自适应流控等）。 4.熟练掌握Java/Go/C++至少一门语言，具备系统级编码能力，能指导团队进行性能关键代码开发。 5.具备强烈的技术owner意识，能主导技术方案评审、线上应急与复盘，推动系统性质量提升。 加分项： 1.有智能汽车、物联网、边缘计算等领域的高并发平台经验； 2.参与过开源高并发项目（如RPC框架、网关、消息中间件等）或有相关技术博客/专利； 3.熟悉云原生技术栈（Kubernetes、Istio、etcd等），有混合云架构经验； 4.对智能网联行业有强烈兴趣，具备业务场景驱动的架构演进思维。
