1. 参与多模态大模型VLM/VLA在自动驾驶场景中的量产落地，负责数据处理、算法设计、训练以及工程化部署。 2. 具备大模型训练经验，能够通过数据闭环、模型优化、多模态对齐提升模型性能。 3. 参与模型量化部署、云端/车端VLM链路&算法研发设计，解决项目落地中遇到的问题。 4. 跟踪学术界与工业界前沿进展，推动新范式在具体任务中落地。

1. 计算机、自动化、电子工程相关专业硕士及以上，有计算机视觉、多模态大模型、生成式模型相关项目经历。 2. 有Python/C++编程能力，掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等主流深度学习训练框架。 3. 熟悉VLM/VLA或者世界模型至少一个方向。有实际训练或部署经验。

加分项： 1. 在CVPR、ICCV、NeurIPS、ACL等顶会有论文发表。 2. 具有10B+参数多模态模型、具身基础模模型训练经验者优先。 3. 具备模型推理加速、轻量化和线上部署等工程化经验。
