The posting

Radiance Technologies is an employee-owned company with benefits that are unmatched by most companies in the Dayton, OH area. Employee ownership, generous 401K, full health/dental/life/vision insurance benefits, educational reimbursement, competitive salaries, interesting assignments, and a pleasant work environment combined to make Radiance Technologies a great place to work and succeed.

Radiance Technologies is seeking a highly qualified and motivated GEOINT Analyst to support the analysis, exploitation, and reporting of geospatial intelligence derived from imagery and other intelligence sources. The GEOINT Analyst will examine electro-optical (EO), infrared (IR), spectral, synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and/or other remotely sensed imagery to identify, characterize, and assess equipment, facilities, construction activity, infrastructure, and other features of intelligence interest.

The successful candidate will apply GEOINT tradecraft to develop timely and accurate intelligence assessments and reporting. This position will work closely with analysts across multiple intelligence disciplines—including GEOINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and other intelligence reporting—to integrate disparate information and develop a comprehensive understanding of events, activities, and developments of interest.

Job Duties

  • Analyze and exploit imagery and geospatial data from National, Tactical, and/or Commercial remote sensing platforms.
  • Identify, characterize, and assess equipment, facilities, infrastructure, construction, activity, and other features of intelligence interest.
  • Conduct imagery analysis to identify changes, patterns, trends, and indicators relevant to intelligence requirements.
  • Apply GEOINT tradecraft, including imagery interpretation, geospatial analysis, change detection, and, as applicable, mensuration.
  • Research and evaluate relevant intelligence reporting and information from multiple sources to support analysis.
  • Collaborate with GEOINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and other intelligence analysts to fuse information from multiple intelligence disciplines and develop a comprehensive characterization of events or activities.
  • Produce clear, concise, and analytically sound intelligence reports, assessments, graphics, and other finished intelligence products.
  • Support larger analytical projects and reporting efforts by providing GEOINT analysis, imagery-derived information, and geospatial context.
  • Present analytical findings and assessments to Government and customer audiences through written products and oral briefings.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging developments, analytical tools, and GEOINT tradecraft relevant to assigned mission areas.
  • Perform assignments independently and as part of a multidisciplinary analytical team.
  • Participate in Government-required training and other mission-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing and interpreting remotely sensed imagery from National and/or Commercial remote sensing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and characterize objects, equipment, facilities, construction, infrastructure, and other features using imagery and geospatial data.
  • Experience producing written intelligence products, analytical reports, or assessments.
  • Ability to integrate and evaluate information from multiple intelligence sources to develop a comprehensive analytical assessment.
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, and briefing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with GEOINT analysis and exploitation tools such as SOCET GXP, ENVI, RemoteView, ArcGIS, iSPY, or similar software.
  • Experience with GEOINT mensuration and geospatial analysis.
  • Experience with multi-INT data fusion and battlespace awareness tools, including Thresher, MIST, or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating GEOINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and other intelligence reporting to develop a comprehensive assessment of events, activities, and patterns.
  • Experience conducting imagery-based change detection and activity analysis.
  • Familiarity with EO, IR, multispectral/hyperspectral, and/or SAR imagery.
  • Experience developing finished intelligence products and presenting analytical findings to Government customers.
  • Knowledge of intelligence analysis processes, tradecraft, and reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with National, Tactical, and/or Commercial remote sensing capabilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
