About RDC and How We Work

At RDC, we believe in Serious Work, Fun Workplace. We value the customers we serve and the employees who serve them. We’re building a workplace rooted in trust, transparency, and teamwork and we believe there’s room to have fun while doing meaningful work.

About the Role

Do you enjoy solving technical problems and helping people feel confident using technology?

We’re looking for a Digital Dosimetry Technical Support Specialist to support customers using our NetDose digital dosimetry platform. You’ll help customers navigate the system, troubleshoot devices and software, and keep their accounts and services running smoothly.

This role combines customer service with hands-on technical support. You’ll also share your expertise with teammates, develop troubleshooting resources, and work with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to calls and emails, answer service questions, and guide customers through account navigation and reporting tools while meeting service performance expectations.
  • Troubleshoot NetDose devices, gateways, and the mobile app across platforms. Escalate complex issues and follow through to keep customers informed.
  • Set up new accounts, process account changes, and maintain complete records in HubSpot and internal systems.
  • Document new orders, returns, return merchandise authorization (RMA) requests, and service updates.
  • Help customers understand billing questions and renewal steps, and coordinate with Finance and Operations to support accurate invoicing and uninterrupted service.
  • Train and mentor teammates on device and gateway setup, troubleshooting techniques, and technical processes.
  • Document recurring issues for Product and Engineering, and create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.

What You’ll Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of customer service or account management experience.
  • At least one year of technical support experience.
  • A technical certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, a Microsoft certification, Cisco CCNA, or ITIL Foundation. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and hands-on experience—including two or more years in technical support or a help desk role—may substitute for a degree or certification.
  • Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot devices, gateways, and software.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical information to nontechnical users.
  • Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A customer-first approach, dependable follow-through, and a willingness to collaborate across teams.

Ready to Join Us?

If you enjoy helping customers, working through technical challenges, and sharing what you learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
