Die Radiologische Allianz GmbH & Co. eGbR ist eine ärztlich geführte, überörtliche Gemeinschaftspraxis mit den Schwerpunkten Radiologie, Nuklearmedizin und Strahlentherapie. An aktuell 26 Standorten in und um Hamburg arbeiten über 450 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeitende verschiedenster Fachrichtungen interdisziplinär zusammen. Für unser Team in Hamburg-Alsterdorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n

IT Application Manager HR (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit mit mind. 30 Std./Woche (mind. an vier Tagen/Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Implementierung, Weiterentwicklung und den laufenden Betrieb der HR-Applikationen
  • Steuerung von HR-System- und Implementierungsprojekten, von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft
  • Sicherstellung und Koordination der täglichen HR-Prozesse sowie deren kontinuierliche Optimierung und Analyse
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche und Schnittstellen bei fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Schnittstellen zwischen HR-Applikationen sowie internen und externen Systemen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Entwicklungsanforderungen, sowie Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Präsentationen, Prozessbeschreibungen und internen Guidelines für die verantworteten Systeme

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit IT-Bezug
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im HR-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in operativen HR-Prozessen und deren Schnittstellen
  • Fundierte Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung, Betreuung oder Weiterentwicklung von HR-IT-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit HR-Applikationen und digitalen HR-Prozessen wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen
