Wir suchen ab sofort eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die unser Team im Radisson Hotel Düsseldorf City Center am Empfang in Vollzeit unterstützt und weiterentwickelt.

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung am Front Office sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung? Sie arbeiten serviceorientiert, behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und sind motiviert, Verantwortung zu übernehmen? Dann freuen wir uns sehr auf Ihre Bewerbung!

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Leitung und Organisation des Empfangsbereichs
  • Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeservices und professionellen Auftretens
  • Einarbeitung, Führung und Motivation des Front Office Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Check-in/Check-out Prozessen
  • Beschwerdemanagement und aktive Kommunikation mit Gästen
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standards und Qualitätsvorgaben

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Front Office, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen
  • Organisationsgeschick und Belastbarkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Hotelsoftware-Systemen
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit und Wochenendarbeit.
