Für ein renommiertes 5 Sterne Hotel in Salzburg suchen wir einen motivierten Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für Desserts und Gebäck im à la carte Service sowie für die Zubereitung von Buffets im Bankettbereich
  • Produktion und Zubereitung von Desserts, Torten und Süßwaren für alle F&B Outlets
  • Bestellung und Qualitätskontrolle bei Warenannahme
  • Vorbereitung von Gerichten und organisatorische Abwicklung von Schichten während aller Servicezeiten
  • Ausbildung unserer Auszubildenden
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung von Lebensmitteln und Überwachung der Lagerungstemperaturen
  • Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe während der Schichten
  • Training und Einarbeitung neuer Küchenmitarbeiter

Sie passen gut zu uns, wenn Sie folgendes mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der gehobenen Gastronomie/Hotellerie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Patisserie/Konditorei
  • Erfahrung in der Küche; Erfahrung im Seminar- und Bankettbereich von Vorteil
  • Kreativität und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
