On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria we are looking for a motivated and experienced

Cook / Chef de Partie (m/f/d)!

What You Bring:

  • completed vocational training as a chef
  • experience in a similar position, preferably in upscale hotel or restaurant gastronomy
  • enjoyment in working with fresh products
  • creativity and a good sense for food presentation
  • organized, precise and clean working style
  • reliability and sense of responsibility
  • motivation, team spirit and passion for the profession

Your Duties:

  • preparing fresh dishes according to the hotel’s kitchen concept
  • preparing daily half-board menus
  • following hotel standards and hygiene regulations
  • working with fresh and high-quality ingredients
  • supporting smooth daily kitchen operations
  • cooperating with suppliers and other hotel departments
  • contributing ideas for weekly menu planning
  • helping maintain quality, consistency and presentation of dishes
