KONOBARE / POMOĆNE KONOBARE (M/Ž/D)

SEZONSKI POSAO ILI TIJEKOM CIJELE GODINE

Za tekuću sezonu ili cjelogodišnji posao, u ime naših klijenata - hotela i restorana potreban je veći broj radnika na pozicijama:

Konobar (m/ž/d) - 1.700-2.300 € netto, 14x plaća godišnje: - Samostalni konobar / Chef de Rang - od 1.800 do 2.300 € netto - Pomoćni konobar / Commis de Rang - od 1.700 do 1.800 € netto

Glavne dužnosti:

  • podrška servisnom osoblju
  • odgovornost za kvalitetu usluge na Vašem radnom mjestu
  • pomaganje i suradnja s kolegama
  • kreativno radno okruženje i mogućnost donošenja novih ideja
  • poželjno poznavanje vina i prodajnih tehnika/dodatne prodaje
  • povećanje zadovoljstva gostiju

Idealan kandidat će:

  • posjedovati iskustva rada u hotelu s 4* ili 5* ili fine dining restoranu
  • imati snažne komunikacijske i timske vještine: one su neophodne jer je ovo zahtjevan dinamičan posao
  • biti fleksibilan za rad u različitim smjenama, uključujući vikende, večeri i povremeno rane jutarnje sate
  • biti fleksibilan u ophođenju s gostima i kolegama
  • biti poštena i kolegijalna osoba, spremna za suradnju
  • imati njegovan izgled i dobro držanje
  • biti visoko motiviran i diskretan u svom poslu
  • govoriti njemački i/ili engleski tečno
