KUHARA / CHEF DE PARTIE (M/Ž/D)

Vaše kvalifikacije:

  • završeno strukovno obrazovanje za kuhara/kuharicu
  • iskustvo na sličnom radnom mjestu, po mogućnosti u hotelskoj ili restoranskoj gastronomiji višeg standarda
  • uživanje u radu sa svježim namirnicama
  • kreativnost i dobar osjećaj za prezentaciju hrane
  • organiziran, precizan i uredan način rada
  • pouzdanost i osjećaj odgovornosti
  • motivaciju, timski duh i strast prema profesiji

Vaše dužnosti:

  • priprema svježih jela prema konceptu hotelske kuhinje
  • priprema dnevnih menija za polupansion
  • pridržavanje hotelskih standarda i higijenskih propisa
  • rad sa svježim i visokokvalitetnim namirnicama
  • podrška nesmetanom svakodnevnom radu kuhinje
  • suradnja s dobavljačima i ostalim hotelskim odjelima
  • sudjelovanje u planiranju tjednog jelovnika vlastitim prijedlozima
  • pomoć u održavanju kvalitete, dosljednosti i prezentacije jela
