Für ein renommiertes 5-Sterne-Hotel in Salzburg suchen wir einen motivierten Sous Chef (m/w/d).

Der Sous Chef ist in seiner Funktion als Vertreter des Küchenchefs bei dessen Abwesenheit für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zubereitung von Speisen und Organisation der Schichtabläufe in allen Servicezeiten und Bereichen
  • Sicherstellung höchster Effizienz in der Küche
  • Ausbildung von Lehrlingen sowie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Einhaltung des vorgegebenen Lebensmittelbudgets
  • Einbringung von Ideen in allen Küchenbereichen (Speisen, Produkte, Waren, etc.)
  • Unterstützung und Beratung des Executive Chefs in allen Belangen
  • Vorbildfunktion bei der Umsetzung der Speisenplanung im Sinne des Executive Chefs für die Mitarbeiter
  • Produktkontrolle, einschließlich der Warenübernahme
  • Überwachung der Kühlhäuser gemäß HACCP-Standards und Teilnahme an Inventuren
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Beobachtung neuer Küchentrends bis hin zur Umsetzung
