Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, eines 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotels in Vorarlberg, Österreich, suchen wir einen Souschef (m/w/d)!

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer der renommiertesten Alpenregionen und vereint erstklassige Unterkünfte, einen exklusiven Wellness- und Spa-Bereich, gehobene Gastronomie sowie vielfältige Möglichkeiten für einen aktiven Urlaub.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung der Küche in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef
  • Organisation der Mise en Place sowie des täglichen Küchenablaufs
  • Zubereitung und Anrichten der Speisen gemäß den Qualitätsstandards des Hotels
  • Verarbeitung regionaler, saisonaler und hochwertiger Zutaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Speisekarten und Tagesempfehlungen
  • Koordination des Küchenteams sowie der Küchenhilfen
  • Kontrolle der Qualität, Präsentation und des Geschmacks aller Speisen
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Hygiene und der Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien
  • Vertretung des Küchenchefs in dessen Abwesenheit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Restaurant-, Serviceteam und anderen Abteilungen des Hotels

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Berufserfahrung als Sous Chef, Chef de Partie oder als selbstständig arbeitender Koch
  • Erfahrung in einer Hotelküche oder einem gehobenen Restaurant
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Führung eines Küchenteams
  • Belastbarkeit und Effizienz auch in arbeitsintensiven Servicezeiten
  • Kreativität und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Professionelles, zuverlässiges und gut strukturiertes Auftreten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Lebensmittelhygiene sowie der HACCP-Richtlinien
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
