A 4-star superior alpine resort in Windischgarsten, Austria is looking for a motivated Waiter / Chef de Rang (m/f/d).

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and caring for guests (advising and selling) at your station
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations in the restaurant
  • Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
  • Increasing restaurant revenue through additional sales
  • Responsibility for a service station
  • Supervising a Commis de Rang at your station
  • Food service
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Mise en place duties
  • Participation in daily service briefings and regular training sessions

What you should bring

  • Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or experience as Chef de Rang in upscale hospitality
  • Good knowledge of German and English for communication with guests
  • Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and leadership behavior
  • Knowledge of beverages and wines
  • Friendly and warm personality
