Das erwartet dich

Als Teil unseres Customer-Success-Teams begleitest du unsere Kund*innen von den ersten Schritten bis zum erfolgreichen Einsatz von Smartfit. Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Fragen rund um unsere Hard- und Software, sorgst für eine verlässliche Betreuung und bringst Kundenfeedback direkt in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte ein.

  • Kund*innen per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Support kompetent unterstützen
  • Onboardings begleiten und praxisnahe Produktschulungen durchführen
  • Technische Fragen analysieren und lösen – bei Bedarf gemeinsam mit unserem Entwicklungsteam
  • Rückmeldungen aus dem Markt aufnehmen, strukturieren und in die Produktverbesserung einbringen
  • Help-Center-Artikel, Anleitungen und weitere Dokumentationen mitgestalten
  • Langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und eine positive Nutzungserfahrung sicherstellen

Worauf es uns bei dir ankommt

  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und denkst konsequent aus Kundensicht.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Technische Themen schrecken dich nicht ab – du kannst sie verständlich erklären.
  • Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und sicher auf Englisch.
  • Du musst kein Fahrrad-Profi sein; Interesse an Bikes, Sport oder digitalen Produkten ist ein Plus.
