Radlabor verbindet Bikefitting, Leistungsdiagnostik, Training und wissenschaftlich fundierte Beratung rund um Mensch und Fahrrad. An unseren Standorten in Freiburg, München und Frankfurt arbeiten wir mit Menschen, die besser, beschwerdefreier oder gezielter Rad fahren möchten – vom Alltagsradler bis zur ambitionierten Sportlerin. Je nach Profil und Erfahrung kannst du dich bei uns in unterschiedlichen Bereichen einbringen: im Bikefitting, in der Diagnostik, im Training, in der Kundenberatung, im Standortbetrieb, in der Organisation, im Marketing oder in Projekten rund um Ergonomie, Sportwissenschaft und Radsport.

Worauf es uns bei dir ankommt

Uns ist wichtig, dass du Lust hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, sauber zu arbeiten und dich mit den Themen Fahrrad, Bewegung, Gesundheit oder Sport auseinanderzusetzen. Du musst nicht alles schon können. Entscheidend ist, dass du offen bist, dazulernen möchtest und gerne mit Menschen arbeitest. Erfahrungen im Radsport, in der Sportwissenschaft, Physiotherapie, Ergonomie, im Handel oder in der Kundenberatung sind hilfreich, aber je nach Rolle keine Voraussetzung. Wir suchen Menschen, die mitdenken, zuverlässig sind und unsere Labore fachlich wie menschlich gut ergänzen.

Mögliche Bereiche Je nach Standort und Bedarf können Initiativbewerbungen für folgende Bereiche interessant sein:
