The posting

We’re looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Consultant to join Raffish Agency.

You will work directly with clients on CXM projects, advise them on the best way to use the platform, manage your own projects and work closely with our Implementation Specialists and Delivery Team Leads.

Experience with Service / CCaaS is a strong advantage. We are also interested in candidates with experience in Social, Listening, Content Marketing, Advertising or other CXM areas.

What you will do

  • Own standard client projects from discovery to delivery.
  • Lead client meetings, workshops and consultancy sessions.
  • Analyse the client’s current processes, workflows and customer journeys.
  • Identify what is not working and recommend practical improvements.
  • Advise clients on how CXM technology can support their business goals.
  • Turn business requirements into a clear solution approach for the delivery team.
  • Keep project scope, actions, timelines and responsibilities clear.
  • Work closely with Implementation Specialists to make sure the agreed solution is delivered correctly.
  • Prepare and deliver product demos, user training and admin training.
  • Support project scoping and prepare Statements of Work.
  • Identify additional client needs and involve the relevant commercial team.
  • Work across different clients, markets and CXM solution areas.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in consulting, SaaS, customer experience, marketing technology, customer service or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing client projects or workstreams independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend solutions, not only coordinate delivery.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience running client meetings, workshops, demos or training.
  • Experience with CXM, CRM, CCaaS or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with platforms such as Sprinklr, Genesys, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar CXM / CCaaS / marketing technology tools is a strong advantage.
  • Good project management and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to support project scoping.
  • Ability to work independently and know when additional expertise is needed.
  • Fluent English and Arabic.
  • Right to work in your country of residence.
