Raffish Agency is a Sprinklr-focused agency helping international brands improve how they manage customer experience, marketing and customer service.

We work with companies such as Radisson Hotel Group, Jumbo Supermarkets and Signify, supporting them with consulting, implementation and ongoing use of CXM platforms such as Sprinklr.

Our work covers areas including customer service, social media management, social listening, content, advertising and other customer-facing processes.

Sprinklr is an enterprise CXM platform used by many global organisations to manage customer interactions across different channels and teams.

At Raffish Agency, we combine platform knowledge with consulting and implementation experience to help clients turn technology into practical solutions that work for their business.
