Für die Raiffeisenbank Niedersimmental, eine erfolgreiche und lokal ausgerichtete Bank mit Geschäftsstellen in Wimmis und Därstetten, suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit als Kundenberater/in.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Erkennen und ausschöpfen des Kundenpotenzials durch gesamtheitliche Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden in den Basisprodukten der Produktpaletten «Sparen, Zahlen, Anlegen und Vorsorgen»
  • Empfang und Bedienung der Kunden in der Kundenzone
  • Aktive Potenzialerkennung und Weitervermittlung von Kunden an die zuständigen Fachspezialisten/\-innen
  • Mitarbeit bei zielgruppenspezifischen Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen, insbesondere bei Kontaktkampagnen
  • Mitwirkung in der Personaladministration
  • Begleitung von Lernenden

Was bringst du mit?

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als /Kauffrau idealerweise im Bankenumfeld
  • Begeisterungsfähige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem gewinnenden Auftreten
  • Selbständige, exakte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt

Vorzugsweise

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Praxiausbildner/in
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Personalwesen
