Für unser stetig wachsendes Stationsnetz in Österreich suchen wir in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) mit möglichem Eintrittsdatum: 1 Kundenberater/in Ihre Aufgaben:

* Professionelle Betreuung und Beratung von lokalen sowie internationalen Kund:innen

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Mietverträgen für Fahrzeuge

* Aktive Beratung und Verkauf von Zusatzleistungen

* Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Autovermietung

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit mit dem Ziel, die Erwartungen der Kund:innen zu übertreffen

* Inspektion der Fahrzeuge vor und nach jeder Vermietung zur Beurteilung des Fahrzeugzustands sowie Erstellung von Berichten über etwaige Schäden

Ihr Profil:

* Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungsbranche und/oder im Kundenservice

* Quereinsteiger:in mit hoher Lernbereitschaft ist ebenfalls willkommen

* Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamgeist sowie eine ausgeprägte Multitaskingfähigkeit aus

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in wechselnden Schichtdiensten

* Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins der Klasse B

* Kommunikationssichere Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse (weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil)

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt 2.200 Euro, zuzüglich einer Bonusauszahlung.
