Job Description

Vice President & Head of Cross Sell, Business Banking Group (Hybrid) What You'll Be Doing:

Cross-Sell & Upsell Strategy

  • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across the Business Banking customer portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase product penetration and customer wallet share.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through effective product positioning and campaign execution.
  • Support the achievement of business growth objectives through sales effectiveness initiatives.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, product uptake, and cross-sell conversion metrics.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps, recommending initiatives to improve outcomes.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and portfolio optimization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with frontline Business Banking teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Operations, Digital, and Sales teams to drive business priorities.
  • Act as a key liaison between Business Banking leadership and frontline sales teams.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and field-level execution.

Business Reviews & Executive Reporting

  • Prepare executive presentations, management reports, and business performance reviews.
  • Track key initiatives and provide progress updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Support leadership forums with meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear business actions.

Campaign Management & Growth Initiatives

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve customer acquisition and product adoption.
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver targeted growth initiatives and business development campaigns.
  • Drive execution excellence across all sales and portfolio growth programs.
  • Contribute to increasing portfolio profitability and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
  • Experience within Business Banking, SME Banking, Sales Strategy, Portfolio Management, Product Management, or Analytics.
  • Proven track record in driving cross-sell, upsell, sales effectiveness, or portfolio growth initiatives.
  • Experience preparing senior management presentations, dashboards, and business reviews.

Industry Exposure

  • Strong understanding of Business Banking products, customer segments, and sales processes.
  • Experience working closely with frontline banking teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and revenue growth orientation.
  • Exposure to analytics-driven decision making and performance management.
