【部署・サービスについて】

楽天生命保険のサービスに伴う開発をする仕事になります。

新しい技術を使い、楽天生命のサービスをよりよくしていく部署になります。

楽天生命保険の基盤を支える仕事になります。

アプリケーションが動く為に必要な環境を用意したり、業務部門が仕事ができる環境を作成します。

ユーザに近い位置で、上流から下流工程の全ての仕事ができます。

【業務内容】

楽天グループの保険会社における、運用グループのグループ長をメインでお任せします。

○グループマネージメント

以下のグループ全体のマネージメント作業を実施します。

・ヘルプ・アカウントチーム（業務部門からの問い合わせ対応、権限変更作業、Pcキッティング etc）

・リリース管理チーム(本番環境などのリリース計画や調整作業 etc)

・運用チーム(障害対応、リリース対応、その他本番環境の保守作業 etc)

・データ処理チーム(本番環境のデータの抽出や更新作業)

○各チームの作業

各チーム業務の実施作業や改善活動作業などを実施します。

【必須要件】

運用・保守の経験が5年以上

運用要件定義、設計、構築など上流工程の経験が５年以上

チームなどのマネージメントの経験が5年以上

社内SEの経験が５年以上

【歓迎要件】

ヘルプ・アカウント対応の経験

開発経験（SQLなどを理解している）

本番リリースなどの計画・推進の経験

金融機関での業務経験
