At Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront, we are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team in Kill Devil Hills, NC. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' accommodations, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are organized.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests upon request.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
