Requirements:

  • Must have Masters Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the IT infrastructure field. Proven track record of handling IT operations for construction industry.
  • Experience in construction,engineering, or a relatedproject-based industry is preferred.
  • Experience supporting ERP orconstruction management systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with procurement,subcontract administration, purchase orders, and inventory management.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and oversee the entire IT operation and ensure all day-to-day activities are addressed according to the requirements.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance ofconstruction-related systems, including ERP, project management, procurement,finance, document management, and reporting applications.
  • Support systems used for project costing, budgeting,progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor payments, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate system integration between project, finance,procurement, HR, and other business applications.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, configuration, andimplementation projects
  • Review and improve the IT risk management, governance and compliance.
  • Workwith software vendors, consultants, developers to deliver system solutions
  • Prepare user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs),and training materials.
  • Manage system-related project schedules, deliverables,risks, and issue logs.
  • Ensure high availability of IT services and perform regular backup of business data and application systems.
  • Review and enhance IT policies, standards, guidelines and best practices.
  • Design, setup, configure and troubleshoot network systems.
  • Accountable for coordination, status reporting and ensuring the technical infrastructure and system resources are delivered on time adhereing to high quality standards.
