Mit dem OMR Festival bringen wir jedes Jahr über 70.000 Menschen aus der Digitalbranche in den Hamburger Messehallen zusammen. Hinter den Kulissen sorgt unser F&B Team für reibungslose Abläufe und das perfekte Partner-Erlebnis rund um Speisen und Getränke. Ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor ist dabei die hochklassige Betreuung und Beratung unserer Aussteller- und Partnerunternehmen.

Für die Betreuung unserer nationalen sowie internationalen Ausstellerunternehmen suchen wir dich ab sofort als Unterstützung für 20 Stunden pro Woche. Du begleitest unsere Partner von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Messeauftritt und machst ihr Festival-Erlebnis zu einem echten Highlight.

Wo du wirklich was bewegst

  • Du berätst unsere Aussteller persönlich zu allen F&B-Angeboten und verkaufst aktiv passende Catering-Pakete für ihre Messestände
  • Du beantwortest offene Fragen unserer Partnerfirmen schnell sowie herzlich per HelpScout und an unserem Support-Telefon
  • Du formulierst und verschickst wichtige Updates sowie Erinnerungen an unsere Aussteller auf Deutsch und Englisch über HubSpot
  • Du pflegst Sortimente sowie Preise in unserem Online-Shop und machst den Bestellvorgang für unsere Kunden noch einfacher
  • Du prüfst eingegangene Bestelldaten sorgfältig und gleichst alle Rechnungsdetails direkt mit unserer Buchhaltung ab
  • Du begleitest unsere Partnerfirmen direkt auf dem Festivalgelände und packst bei allen F&B-Themen tatkräftig vor Ort mit an

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert und hast 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit für uns
  • Du hast richtig Lust auf den direkten Austausch mit Kund*innen und gehst offen auf Menschen zu
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch sowie sehr sicher Englisch für den täglichen Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Ausstellern
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen aus dem Kundenservice, dem Verkauf, der Gastronomie oder dem E-Commerce mit
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel und freust dich darauf, moderne Tools wie HubSpot oder HelpScout kennenzulernen
  • Du teilst dir deine Arbeitszeit flexibel ein und kannst uns besonders in der heißen Festivalphase tatkräftig unterstützen
