Heb je net je bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit op zak en zoek je een internationale, stabiele én gezellige werkplek dicht bij huis? Bij onze klant in Tongeren krijg je niet alleen de kans om jouw theoretische kennis om te zetten in de praktijk, maar word je ook goed begeleid door ervaren collega's. Geen stoffig kantoor, maar een dynamische omgeving waar jouw frisse blik echt telt!

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de recyclage en verwerking van teflon, maar daarnaast produceren ze ook gespecialiseerde additieven. We zitten met dit bedrijf dus in de kunststoffen- en recyclingsector en meer specifiek in de chemische nijverheid.

Sinds 1941 ontwikkelen zij innovatieve oplossingen voor klanten wereldwijd. Hun Belgische vestiging in Tongeren combineert productieactiviteiten met een belangrijke distributiefunctie voor Europa, Afrika en het Midden-Oosten. Voor deze vestiging zijn ze nu op zoek naar een junior finance specialist die de dagelijkse financiële werking ondersteunt.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt zopas je bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit (of een vergelijkbare financieel-administratieve richting) behaald.
  • Ervaring is niet vereist, wel goesting om te leren en oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Excel (kennis van ERP-systemen zoals D365 is mooi meegenomen, maar leren we je graag!).
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en houdt van een open en directe communicatie.

Wat ga je precies doen?

Als junior finance specialist duik je in de volle breedte van de financiële organisatie. Stap voor stap neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid op:

  • De basis onder de knie: Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande facturen, volgt betalingen op en verwerkt bankverrichtingen.
  • Debiteuren & Crediteuren: Je houdt overzicht op openstaande posten en onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Fiscaliteit & Rapportering: Je ondersteunt bij de btw-aangiften, listings en de opmaak van financiële rapporten.
  • Maandafsluiting & Salarissen: Je helpt mee bij de maandafsluitingen, provisies, balansafstemmingen en salarisboekingen.
  • Brede betrokkenheid: Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen binnen ons bedrijf.
