In deze spilfunctie ben je de rechterhand van de Warehouse Manager én het dagelijkse baken voor het team op de vloer. Je brengt structuur in de goederenstromen met nauwkeurige data en rapportages, maar je voelt je net zo thuis tussen de stellingen. Dankzij jouw gedegen ervaring in zowel magazijnwerking als administratie overzie je het complete logistieke plaatje. Je neemt van nature het voortouw: je coacht collega's, traint nieuwe krachten en stuurt het team zelfstandig aan wanneer de voorman afwezig is.

Je start via een interimovereenkomst om elkaar goed te leren kennen, met een vast contract van onbepaalde duur als concreet einddoel.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een logistieke, technische of industriële magazijnomgeving.
  • Een bewezen trackrecord in een dubbelrol: ruime operationele werkvloerervaring gecombineerd met sterke magazijnadministratie.
  • Natuurlijke aanleg voor leiderschap of eerdere ervaring in het aansturen, begeleiden of coachen van teamleden.
  • Excel: Vlotte kennis (werken met tabellen, functies, formules en overzichtelijke rapportages).
  • Technisch inzicht: Oprechte interesse in en affiniteit met technische componenten, wisselstukken en gereedschappen.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Accuraat, stressbestendig bij deadlines, hands-on ingesteld en communicatief sterk.

Administratief beheer & Data-analyse:

  • Opstellen, analyseren en beheren van logistieke rapportages, inventarislijsten en KPI-overzichten in Excel.
  • Zorgvuldig registreren, inboeken en uitboeken van wisselstukken, gereedschappen en verbruiksgoederen in het beheersysteem.
  • Administratief opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande transporten, retourzendingen en expeditiedossiers voor nationale en internationale projecten.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen in de voorraad en formuleren van procesverbeteringen.

Leidinggeven, Coaching & Kennisoverdracht:

  • Optreden als back-up van de Foreman (voorman): prioriteiten stellen, werk verdelen en toezien op efficiëntie, orde en veiligheid op de vloer.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers on-the-job opleiden en wegwijs maken in de logistieke processen en systemen.
  • Opmaken en up-to-date houden van heldere handleidingen, trainingsdocumenten en standaard werkinstructies (SOP's).

Operationele ondersteuning op de werkvloer:

  • Actief bijspringen in het magazijn tijdens piekmomenten (goederenontvangst, controle, orderverzameling en verzending).
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid (5S-principe) en de geldende veiligheidsrichtlijnen binnen de verschillende magazijnzones.
