Coordinate Field Service business in Japan and Korea. 日本と韓国でのフィールドサービス事業の調整。

ーAdministrate services on Service Max/SFDC

Service Max/SFDCでのサービス管理

ーCoordinate services with customers

お客様とのサービスの調整

ーSupport Quality Management System

品質管理システムのサポート

ーCreate KPI and Activity reporting

KPIおよびアクティビティレポートの作成

ーManage subcontractor business

下請け業者の管理

サービス見積書の作成

【求める経験、スキル】

・ 営業事務経験、営業サポート、カスタマーサポートなど何らかのコーディネーションなどの経験がある方（問い合わせ対応、日程調整、エンジニア手配、見積作成などいずれかのご経験）

・ 英語のスキル（スピーキングはマスト/読み書きもマスト）グローバルとのやり取り発生します。 日本語（顧客対応は日本語ですので、ネイティブレベル）

・業務の都合上、出社対応があり現状も週三回以上出社している状況ですので、今後もご出社対応が出来る方にお願いいたします。（勤務地:お台場）

・SFDC使用セールスフォースのシステム→使用経験無くてもOK、なんらかのシステムを使用していた経験が必要です。
