勤務地：東京本社 (虎ノ門) 駅直結のビルです

※オフィス/自宅/カフェ等 勤務場所は自由に選択することが可能です。勤務時間：スーパーフレックスタイム(コアタイム無し)※5～22時の任意の時間帯で、1日4時間以上の就業（月の所定労働時間は働く必要あり）

年収：～750万円 (ご経験・現状を考慮し決定)

■業務内容

自社システムをご導入いただいたお客様のLTVを高めて活用促進・継続利用を推進する、カスタマーサクセスチームに所属していただきます。カスタマーサクセスチームの活動内容や在り方など、カスタマーサクセスが実行する様々な取り組みを社内外に発信していただくポジションです。

具体的には、強みである「ノウハウ」を提供する仕組みやコンテンツ、ユーザー会などを既存のお客様にはもちろん、新規でシステム導入を検討いただく見込み顧客の方々にも興味を持っていただけるような発信をしていただきます。 各取り組みの企画段階から入っていただき、どのように発信していくべきかを一緒に考えてもらいます。 例えばカスタマーサクセスチームが毎月開催するユーザー会の開催レポートの制作や、SNSの更新、弊社サイトの制作、ディレクションなどを想定しています。

カスタマーサクセスチームは創設から間もない部署ですが、お客様はもちろんのこと社内でも様々な要望をもらい、カスタマーサクセスの必要性と期待値が高まっています。お客様の成功に向けてご自身のこれまでの広報としてのご経験を活かしていきたい方や、顧客の「課題解決」から「成功」への道筋づくりに携わっていきたいと考えている方はやり甲斐を感じていただけるポジションかと思います。

【具体的な想定業務】

・カスタマーサクセスチームの取り組み内容を社内外問わず幅広く広報

・カスタマーサクセスの取り組み全般のプランニング

・ユーザー会の開催レポートの作成業務

・各SNSの管理、更新業務

・各サイトのディレクション、制作業務
