Ben jij een communicatieve duizendpoot die energie krijgt van het verder helpen van mensen? Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in de gezondheids- en welzijnssector zijn wij op zoek naar gedreven customer service medewerkers in Gent. In deze dynamische rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en help je hen met uiteenlopende en soms complexe vragen. Je komt terecht in een professioneel service center waar kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid centraal staan. Let op: deze functie kent vaste opstartmomenten (begin februari of begin maart) die starten met een verplichte en intensieve opleiding in Gent om je helemaal klaar te stomen voor de job!

  • Je beschikt over minstens een A2-diploma en hebt het vermogen om complexe materie (zoals regelgeving en procedures) snel op te pikken en toe te passen.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands. Daarnaast kan je je in het Frans en Engels voldoende behelpen om klanten telefonisch te woord te staan.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een telefonische klantendienst (customer service, call agent, commercieel assistent,...) en kan een stabiel werkverleden voorleggen.
  • Stressbestendigheid en KPI's: Je kan goed omgaan met een hoge werkdruk en werkt vlot met doelstellingen (zowel op vlak van kwantiteit, kwaliteit als commerciële KPI's). Je voelt je comfortabel in een sterk gestructureerde werkomgeving waarbij timings en pauzes strikt worden opgevolgd.
  • Je hebt een groot inlevingsvermogen en toont empathie bij lastige of emotionele telefoontjes (bv. rond ziekte, klachten of facturatie), maar je staat ook stevig in je schoenen om kordaat een 'nee' te verkopen wanneer nodig.
  • Digitale vaardigheden: Je bent pc-vaardig en kan razendsnel schakelen tussen verschillende programma's om de juiste informatie te zoeken.
  • Klantcontact (90%): Je staat voornamelijk in voor het inkomende telefonische verkeer. Je beantwoordt vragen en lost problemen op van klanten die naar het service center bellen.
  • Adviseren: Je vertaalt complexe materie naar begrijpbare taal voor de klant en zorgt voor een correcte, oplossingsgerichte afhandeling van elk dossier.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten benutten: Je pikt signalen op tijdens het gesprek en doet proactief aan upselling, of je geeft deze kwalitatieve leads intern door.
  • Administratie: Je registreert de gesprekken nauwkeurig en navigeert hierbij soepel door de verschillende softwaresystemen.
