Ben jij analytisch ingesteld, administratief sterk en hou je van de dynamiek binnen een logistieke omgeving? Zorg jij er graag voor dat transport- en magazijnoperaties op rolletjes lopen door afwijkingen snel te signaleren en op te lossen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een administratieve of operationeel ondersteunende rol (bij voorkeur binnen logistiek of warehousing);
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om operationele data te interpreteren;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Frans;
  • Communicatief vaardig en vlot in de omgang met chauffeurs en operationele teams;
  • Zelfstandige werkhouding met een sterk gevoel voor samenwerking.

Als Dispatch Administrator ben jij de administratieve en operationele spil tussen de dispatch, chauffeurs en de magazijnoperatie. Je analyseert gegevens, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt voor een vlot verloop van de dagelijkse processen:

  • Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van afwijkingen (non-conformiteiten) binnen dispatch en operatie;
  • Analyseren en controleren van magazijnlijsten om operationele knelpunten op te sporen;
  • Verwerken en valideren van operationele data om de nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid te garanderen;
  • Fungeren als direct aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en hen ondersteunen bij dagelijkse dispatch-vragen;
  • Opvolgen van operationele blokkades en restricties tot deze volledig zijn opgelost.
