Ben jij een hands-on operator die fysiek en technisch werk niet schuwt? Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving op het water en hou je van afwisseling tussen controlekamerwerk en praktijkgericht onderhoud? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Operator Zandafscheiding & Baggertuig ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en veilig laten verlopen van het gehele bagger- en afscheidingsproces. Je bedient en stuurt de verschillende installatieonderdelen aan, zowel vanuit de controlekamer (brug) als op de werkvloer en op het baggertuig zelf. Daarnaast stroop je de mouwen op voor het uitvoeren van het nodige basisonderhoud om de installaties in topconditie te houden.

Hands-on mentaliteit: Je bent pragmatisch, werkt graag nauwkeurig en stapt zonder twijfel aan boord van een baggerboot.

Geen watervrees: Je voelt je helemaal op je gemak bij het werken op en rond het water.

Talenkennis: Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands (zowel gesproken als geschreven) is een absolute vereiste in verband met radio-communicatie en shiftoverdrachten.

Technische achtergrond: Een basis aan technische bagage/kennis is een belangrijk pluspunt.

Ervaring: Voorkennis van of ervaring met het werken in een controlekamer/stuurhut is een sterke troef.

Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken in een aangepast ploegensysteem (zie werkregeling).

Bediening & Besturing: Het bedienen en besturen van het baggertuig en alle installatieonderdelen van de zandafscheiding (inclusief de bediening van de brug/stuurhut).

Onderhoud: Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van kleine, eerstelijns onderhoudstaken aan de installaties en het materieel.

Procesbewaking: Het opvolgen van het verwerkingsproces en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.

Communicatie & Overdracht: Het voeren van duidelijke radiocommuncatie tijdens het werk en het verzorgen van een accurate shiftoverdracht met je collega's.

Praktisch / Uren & Ploegen

Vroege ploeg: 06:00 uur - 14:00 uur

Late ploeg (standaard): 10:00 uur - 18:00 uur

Aangepaste late ploeg: In vooraf afgesproken periodes (minstens 4 weken op voorhand gecommuniceerd) werkt de late ploeg van 14:00 uur - 22:00 uur.
