Ben je gepassioneerd door techniek en op zoek naar een nieuwe, stimulerende uitdaging? In het hart van onze productiesite speel je een sleutelrol in het onderhoud en de duurzaamheid van al onze installaties. Als polyvalent technicus werk je hand in hand met het team om de optimale werking van de uitrusting te garanderen en de betrouwbaarheid ervan duurzaam te verbeteren. Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

● Optimaal afregelen van productie installaties. ● Je heft storingen van mechanische, pneumatische en elektrische aard op. ● Je test de installaties met product en levert een goed werkende machine af na het verhelpen van de storing. ● Je voert geplande onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan de toegewezen productie installaties en hun randinstallaties indien er geen dringende interventies zijn. ● Je zoekt mee naar definitieve oplossingen en werkt in overleg met de technisch coördinator verbeteringsvoorstellen uit. ● Je voert op regelmatige basis inspecties uit en herstelt of signaleert ernstige defecten of slijtage. ● Je rapporteert in het Maximo systeem. ● Je maakt voorstellen naar wisselstukkenbeheer. ● Volgt bepaalde projecten op (oa. nieuwe installaties)

Wat wij bieden:

● Je hebt een passie voor techniek en bent gedreven om je hier steeds verder in te ontwikkelen.++ ● Je hebt een A2 Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring is geen must, maar we verwachten dan wel dat je dit ruimschoots compenseert met een enthousiaste houding en een sterk leervermogen. ● Je bent een teamplayer maar kan ook zelfstandig werken. ● Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit en instrumentatie. ● Persoonlijke drive en zelfstandig ondernemerschap zijn je op het lijf geschreven. ● Je hebt sterke communicatieskills. ● Je spreekt een van de beide landstalen en hebt een goede kennis van de 2de taal en kan je behoorlijk uitdrukken in het Engels.
