Wil jij werken in de heerlijke geur van versgebakken wafels? Voor een bekende wafelmakerij in Herentals zoeken wij gedreven (toekomstige) Operatoren.

Dit is een unieke kans voor wie graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en wil doorgroeien. Je start in deze functie als Inpakker om het proces van binnenuit te leren kennen. Zodra je de kneepjes van het vak beheerst, groei je door naar de rol van Operator, waar je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een volledige productielijn. Je komt terecht in een stabiel bedrijf met een fijne werksfeer en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontplooien.

Als Operator (na je inwerkperiode als inpakker) ben je de spilfiguur aan de lijn:

  • Machinebeheer: Je stelt de verpakkingsmachines correct in, bedient ze en voert continue controles uit om storingen te voorkomen.
  • Leiderschap: Je coördineert de werkzaamheden aan de lijn en geeft duidelijke instructies aan de medewerkers voor een correcte uitvoering van hun taken.
  • Kwaliteit & Hygiëne: Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en ziet strikt toe op de naleving van de voedselveiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Administratie: Je registreert productiegegevens nauwkeurig voor een volledige traceerbaarheid.
  • Communicatie: Je rapporteert dagelijks de status aan de leidinggevende en communiceert helder met de technische dienst bij afwijkingen.
  • Veiligheid: Je zorgt voor een nette werkplek en ziet toe op het correcte gebruik van PBM's.
