In dit woonzorgcentrum staat het welzijn van de bewoners én de zorgmedewerkers centraal. Medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om hun talenten te ontplooien binnen een hecht, multidisciplinair team. Er heerst een open cultuur waar persoonlijke ontwikkeling en betekenisvolle ontmoetingen met bewoners hand in hand gaan. Als verpleegkundige speel je hier een sleutelrol in kwalitatieve, persoonsgerichte zorg, waarbij je actief bijdraagt aan een aangename en veilige leefomgeving voor senioren.

Je werkt als verpleegkundige samen met een multidisciplinair team, in vroeg- en laatdiensten, en 1 weekend op 2.

  • Bachelor of gegradueerde/HBO5 in de verpleegkunde.
  • In het bezit van een geldig visum van verpleegkundige (verplicht).
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Een collegiale ingesteldheid en zin voor multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, empathie en respect in het contact met ouderen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken volgens een beurtrol met 1 weekend op 2.
  • Observeren, evalueren en nauwgezet opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners.
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen conform de geldende zorgprotocollen.
  • Correct klaarzetten, controleren en toedienen van medicatie.
  • Ondersteunen van bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging waar nodig.
  • Nauw samenwerken en overleggen binnen een multidisciplinair zorgteam (artsen, zorgkundigen, kinesitherapeuten, animatie).
  • Zorgvuldig bijhouden en actualiseren van de verpleegkundige dossiers.
