Start nu met een bijverdienste als verpleegkundige in diverse woonzorgcentra regio Roeselare.

Ben jij een gediplomeerd verpleegkundige en ben je op zoek naar een flexibele manier om jouw passie voor de zorg te combineren met je huidige agenda?

Voor diverse woonzorgcentra in de regio Roeselare zoeken wij enthousiaste verpleegkundigen die op regelmatige basis willen bijwerken, vroeg- of laatdiensten, tijdens de week of in het weekend!

Je stelt als verpleegkundige steeds een mensgerichte aanpak voorop. Je ondersteunt het team met jouw expertise op het vlak van verpleegtechnische handelingen en klinische blik enorm. Omdat het om een flexibele invulling gaat, bepaal je in grote mate zelf wanneer je werkt. Dit maakt de job ideaal als flexibele bijverdienste naast een vaste job of om simpelweg extra ervaring op te doen in de ouderenzorg wanneer het jou uitkomt.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een erkend visum en diploma van verpleegkundige (bachelor of gegradueerd/HBO5).
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met ouderenzorg en de residentiële sector.
  • Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kunt zowel zelfstandig beslissingen nemen als vlot samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands, zodat je vlot kunt overleggen met bewoners, artsen en familieleden.
  • Flexibiliteit inzetbaar zijn (werken in shiften of op diverse afdelingen) is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Coordineren en uitvoeren van alle verpleegtechnische handelingen (medicatiebeheer, wondverzorging, bloedafnames en injecties).
  • Opvolgen van vitale parameters en fungeren als liaison tussen bewoner, zorgteam en behandelend arts.
  • Vakinhoudelijk aansturen en begeleiden van het zorgkundige team, inclusief triage bij dringende medische interventies.
  • Correct en tijdig documenteren van het zorgproces in het elektronisch patiënten-/bewonersdossier (EPD).
  • Waarborgen van de psychosociale begeleiding van bewoners en familieleden tijdens kwetsbare periodes.
