Werk jij graag met precisie in een technische productieomgeving? Bij dit bedrijf in Nazareth ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Je combineert technisch inzicht met echt vakmanschap om onderdelen foutloos voor te bereiden voor de machinebouw. Binnen de zaagafdeling draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige voorbereidingstraject en zorg je ervoor dat constructieonderdelen perfect op maat klaarliggen voor de lassers.

Wie zoeken wij voor deze functie in Nazareth?

  • Je kan vlot technische tekeningen lezen, begrijpt maatvoeringen en vertaalt plannen moeiteloos naar de praktijk.
  • Je werkt millimeterprecies en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail bij de afwerking van onderdelen.
  • Je bent graag actief bezig op de werkvloer en hebt affiniteit met metaalbewerking of machinebouw.
  • Ervaring als werkvoorbereider metaal, zager, operator metaalbewerking of hulpmonteur is een sterke troef.

Wat doe je als werkvoorbereider metaal?

  • Zelfstandig en met uiterste precisie bedienen van zowel automatische als halfautomatische industriële zaagmachines.
  • Nauwkeurig lezen en interpreteren van technische constructietekeningen en plannen om deze te vertalen naar de juiste bewerkingen.
  • Verzamelen van de benodigde profielen en constructieonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van eenvoudige mechanische metaalbewerkingen ter voorbereiding op het aansluitende laswerk.
  • Nauwkeurig bijhouden en beheren van de voorraad en inventaris van verzaagde profielen en materialen.
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van het periodieke basisonderhoud aan het zaagmachines om een constante, vlotte werking te garanderen.
