  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar back-office, administrative, or project coordination role. Background within banking, insurance, accounting, or asset management sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong system-oriented, logical mindset with an ability to see the "big picture" and anticipate subsequent steps in a process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (experience with SAP is a plus).
  • Professional, fluent command of English is essential (approx. 50% of daily communication is in English due to international colleagues and partners).
  • High level of precision, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a collaborative team player attitude.

As a key member of the operations team, you will not just fill out forms - you will manage the administrative lifecycle of investments and work in close synergy with front-office teams:

  • Fund & Transaction Operations: Oversee transaction tracking, coordinate invoicing (re-charging, verification), and manage comprehensive corporate registries using SAP and Microsoft-based systems.
  • Corporate Governance & Board Support: Organize board and investment committee meetings, compile professional documentation, draft minutes, and track subsequent resolutions.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc investor reports, ensuring data availability for regulatory (MNB / Central Bank) disclosures, and compiling documentation for external/internal audits.
  • Project & Liquidity Coordination: Support the administrative setup of new entities, provide financial data to the office management team, and ensure appropriate liquidity and timely payments within dedicated funds.
