Téged keresünk, ha:

  • legalább 5 év releváns Continuous Improvement / Lean / Operational Excellence tapasztalatod van;
  • vezettél már komplex fejlesztési vagy változáskezelési projekteket;
  • erős Lean módszertani tudással rendelkezel;
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt vagy azzal egyenértékű tudásod van; Black Belt képesítés előnyt jelent;
  • nemcsak a módszertant ismered, hanem embereket is képes vagy megnyerni a változásnak;
  • magabiztosan dolgozol vezetőkkel és shopfloor csapatokkal egyaránt;
  • erős coaching, tréning- és stakeholder management készségekkel rendelkezel;
  • tárgyalóképes magyar és angol nyelvtudásod van.
