  • Jelenlét: Nyitottság a budaörsi központban történő, alapvetően személyes munkavégzésre a csapat támogatása érdekében (standard modell: heti 4 nap iroda / 1 nap HO, nyáron rugalmasabb, heti 2 nap HO lehetőség).

A pozícióban a következő feladatokért leszel felelős:

  • PEX és pénzügyi kontrolling: A HR-hez kapcsolódó költségek (bérek, bónuszok, juttatások) teljes körű menedzselése. Havi, negyedéves és éves forecastok elkészítése.
  • Bónuszok és elhatárolások kezelése: A havi, negyedéves és éves bónuszok számítása és kontrollja (beleértve a Salesforce csapat bónuszait 1 hónapos eltolással). Expat elhatárolások, cafeteria költések és a ki nem vett szabadságok ellenőrzése. Szoros együttműködés a pénzüggyel a havi elhatárolások kapcsán.
  • Automatizálás és riportálás:
  • Power Query
  • Corporate szintű adatleadások kezelése, activity code-ok ellenőrzése és a pontos FTE/CFTE követés.
