  • Nyitottság határozott idejű (kb. 1 éves), munkaerő-kölcsönzés keretében történő foglalkoztatásra (ez lehet több is egyeztetéstől függően)
  • Előnyt jelent a "B" kategóriás jogosítvány megléte
  • Teljes körű, önálló toborzási és kiválasztási folyamatok (end-to-end recruitment) menedzselése fizikai és szellemi pozíciókra egyaránt
  • Álláshirdetések elkészítése, jelöltek aktív felkutatása, interjúk önálló megszervezése és levezetése
  • Napi szintű kapcsolattartás a jelöltekkel, a társosztályok vezetőivel, valamint kölcsönző partnerekkel és képző intézményekkel
  • Precíz HR adminisztráció ellátása: munkaszerződések előkészítése, személyi akták naprakész kezelése, be- és kiléptetési folyamatok teljes körű végigvitele
  • Onboarding és offboarding folyamatok, valamint munkaruházattal kapcsolatos teendők koordinációja
  • HR rendszerek (pl. munkaidő-nyilvántartó) kezelése, aktualizálása, valamint toborzási riportok készítése
  • Aktív részvétel a céges rendezvények, csapatépítők szervezésében és az employer branding folyamatok támogatásában
