  • 5–8 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 1–2 years managing a team or leading a technical function.
  • Proven track record in operational vendor management, IT rollouts, and budget/CAPEX tracking.
  • Strong operational and organizational discipline—a proactive approach to closing loops and following through on deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations smoothly.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Background in multi-site operations, hospitality, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or retail environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AI adoption, automation projects, or AI agent implementation.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, kiosk rollouts, or telecom/network upgrades.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop 4 direct reports—handling task assignment, progress tracking, regular feedback, and performance management.
  • Vendor Management: Own operational vendor relationships (infrastructure partners, telecoms, etc), escalating commercial or strategic items to the Technology Director as needed.
  • IT Rollouts & Expansions: Drive execution for new restaurant openings, kiosk installations, and network infrastructure upgrades.
  • Budget Execution: Oversee IT CAPEX and OPEX tracking, invoice verification, and financial reporting to the Technology Director.
  • Cross-Functional Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Operations, Finance, HR, Construction) on day-to-day IT matters.
  • IT Security Execution: Own the security roadmap—tracking and closing action items across DLP, access management, endpoint security, data classification, and compliance workstreams.
  • AI & Automation Initiatives: Oversee AI-related workstreams, coordinate internal adoption initiatives (aligned with the Fusion AI strategy), and drive agentic development projects (scoping, prioritizing, and governing AI agent and automation deliveries with internal teams and external partners).
