  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality customer service within HR administration or talent acquisition.
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in both French AND English (written and spoken) is strictly required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) paired with an affinity for HR technology (experience with SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is beneficial).
  • Key Competencies: Strong organizational abilities, high attention to detail, proactive problem-solving mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Operational HR Support: Manage end-to-end administration throughout the employee lifecycle for the UK and BeNeLux regions, including contract amendments, onboarding, exits, and maintaining digital HR records.
  • Recruitment Administration: Draft job advertisements, screen candidate applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate shortlists with local HR and hiring managers.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and facilitate local learning initiatives and training deployments in close cooperation with internal HR and Learning Partners.
  • Data & System Management: Maintain accurate employee data within enterprise systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) in full compliance with corporate policies.
  • Process Standardization: Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, document operational process updates, and share best practices across international HR teams.
