Elvárások:

  • Releváns szakmai tapasztalat, ideálisan nagyjából 3 év műszaki vagy ipari termékfejlesztési környezetben
  • Műszaki felsőfokú végzettség; mechatronikai, villamosmérnöki, elektronikai vagy gépészmérnöki végzettség
  • Gépészmérnöki háttér esetén software-fejlesztési / embedded területen szerzett tudás vagy erős affinitás szükséges
  • Elektronikai termékek alapvető ismerete, Software/firmware fejlesztési gondolkodás; embedded területen szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelent.
  • Strukturált, megbízható és proaktív munkavégzés.
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban.
  • Microsoft Office eszközök - különösen Excel, PowerPoint, Word és Teams – biztos használata.
  • Előnyt jelent: SMPS, power electronics, ipari automatizálási vagy elektronikai termékek ismerete, Embedded software / firmware fejlesztési tapasztalat, IO-Link technológia ismerete, külső beszállítókkal vagy fejlesztési partnerekkel szerzett tapasztalat, projektmenedzsment módszertanok alapvető ismerete, SAP, Windchill vagy más ERP/PLM rendszer használatában szerzett tapasztalat.

Munkavégzés helye: Veszprém. Heti 2 nap home office lehetőség. Alkalmankénti külföldi utazás előfordulhat, elsősorban Németországba vagy beszállítókhoz, de a munkakör nem jár rendszeres utazással.

Főbb feladatok:

Projektkoordináció: Termékekhez tartozó fejlesztési projektek támogatása a koncepcióalkotástól a termékbevezetésen át egészen a termék életciklusának későbbi szakaszaiig.

  • Projektmérföldkövek, határidők, feladatok és prioritások egyeztetése a műszaki és üzleti szereplőkkel.
  • A projektek előrehaladásának, nyitott kérdéseinek, kockázatainak és függőségeinek nyomon követése.
  • Projektmegbeszélések, review-k és stakeholder egyeztetések szervezése és koordinálása.
  • Együttműködés a K+F, Product Management, beszerzés, gyártás, minőségügy, supply chain, valamint külső beszállítók és fejlesztési partnerek között.
  • Projektstátuszok és vezetői riportok összeállításának támogatása.

Termék- és software-fejlesztés: Együttműködés külső beszállítókkal hardveres fejlesztésében.

  • Firmware / embedded software fejlesztésének és integrációjának támogatása, különösen IO-Link kommunikációval rendelkező eszközök esetében.
  • Validációs tesztek támogatása és fejlesztési problémák gyökérokainak feltárása.
  • Műszaki tervek, teszteredmények és fejlesztési döntések dokumentálása.
