  • Manage resource allocation and workload across functions to consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team capable of delivering world-class results.
  • Design and maintain robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all PTP workflows.
  • Participate in complex system implementation rollouts, serving as the PTP Subject Matter Expert for SAP.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve process bottlenecks and eliminate recurring operational issues.
  • Facilitate communication with international finance stakeholders to ensure alignment on metrics and performance
