  • Személyügyi igények és intézkedési tervek munkerőállományra gyakorolt hatásának elemzése, kontrolling oldalról történő feldolgozása a célok monitorozása mellet
  • A terv- és tényszámok összehasonlítása, elemzése, eltérések okainak feltárása
  • Rendszeres és ad-hoc kiértékelések elkészítése, HR mutatószámok előkészítése
  • HR rendszerek kezelése
  • HR-riportok és a létszámtervezéshez használt tool-ok automatizálási lehetőségeinek azonosítása, ezek folyamatos fejlesztése
  • Management döntésekhez különböző szcenáriók elkészítése, ezek elemzése, döntési javaslat előkészítése és bemutatása
  • Projektek támogatása a személyügyi tervezés kapcsán
  • Folyamatos kapcsolattartás és egyeztetés a szakterületekkel illetve a központtal, szoros együttműködés a HR osztály más csapataival, az FPR és PE osztályokkal
  • Tanácsadás minden érintett félnek és valamennyi HR mutatószám rendelkezésre bocsátása
