  • Teljesítménycontrolling és folyamatos fejlesztési (KVP) intézkedések támogatása
  • Kapcsolattartás a németországi és helyi pénzügyi szervezetekkel szolgáltatásmenedzsment keretében
  • A logisztika szakmai képviselete logisztikai szolgáltatások kiírási folyamataiban
  • Új szállítási és fuvarozási alternatívák kidolgozása és bevezetése, különös tekintettel a fenntarthatóságra és zöld logisztikai megoldásokra
  • Szállítási és logisztikai koncepciók egyeztetése és továbbfejlesztése
  • Szoros együttműködés a transport management, raktártervező, göngyöleg-diszponáló és beszállításirányító csapatokkal
  • Megoldási javaslatok előkészítése
  • A futó logisztikai szolgáltatók menedzselése
  • Logisztikai folyamatok elemzése és értékelése teljesítmény-, minőség- és költségszempontból
  • Intézkedések kidolgozása és nyomon követése a célok elérése és a folyamatos fejlődés biztosítása érdekében
