În cadrul Randstad România recrutăm un Inginer Ofertare pentru unul dintre clienții noștri, o companie specializată în dezvoltarea și execuția proiectelor de energie regenerabilă, cu accent pe construcția parcurilor fotovoltaice de mari dimensiuni.

Căutăm un coleg/ o colegă cu minimum 3 ani de experiență în ofertarea proiectelor fotovoltaice, care să gestioneze procesul de elaborare a ofertelor tehnice și comerciale, de la analiza documentației și estimarea costurilor până la pregătirea dosarelor pentru licitații publice și private.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Elaborarea ofertelor tehnice și comerciale pentru proiecte fotovoltaice;
  • Analizarea documentațiilor tehnice, a planurilor și a listelor de cantități;
  • Întocmirea devizelor și estimarea costurilor pentru materiale, echipamente, manoperă și alte resurse necesare execuției;
  • Solicitarea, analizarea și compararea ofertelor de la furnizori și subcontractori;
  • Pregătirea documentației necesare participării la licitații publice și private;
  • Urmărirea termenelor de depunere a ofertelor și gestionarea solicitărilor de clarificări;
  • Colaborarea cu echipele tehnice și operaționale pentru validarea soluțiilor și a costurilor;
  • Negocierea condițiilor comerciale cu furnizorii și subcontractorii;
  • Actualizarea și gestionarea evidenței ofertelor și licitațiilor aflate în desfășurare.

Cerințe:

  • Minimum 3 ani de experiență în ofertare tehnică și comercială pentru proiecte fotovoltaice – cerință obligatorie;
  • Studii superioare tehnice în inginerie electrică sau instalații;
  • Experiență în întocmirea devizelor, estimarea costurilor și pregătirea ofertelor pentru proiecte fotovoltaice;
  • Experiență în elaborarea și gestionarea devizelor de lucrări pentru domeniul public;
  • Capacitatea de a interpreta planuri, documentații tehnice și liste de cantități;
  • Experiență în pregătirea documentațiilor pentru licitații publice și private;
  • Cunoștințe bune de Microsoft Office, în special Excel, Microsoft Project;
  • Abilități de analiză, organizare, comunicare și negociere;
  • Autonomie în gestionarea activităților de ofertare și atenție la detalii.
