📝 Contract: Permanent contract.

🏡 Schedule: Hybrid (Monday and Friday from home).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English and French (C1 level - both spoken and written).
  • Previous background in technical service (3-4 years).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and dispatch emergency services in Salesforce when customer-purchased equipment experiences failures.
  • Generate service orders in SAP based on scheduled maintenance matrices.
  • Collaborate with local teams and technicians to seamlessly plan repair and maintenance activities.
  • Provide service-level reports and proactively update customer portals with accurate service information.

  • 💰 Flexible salary package, specifically tailored to your professional expectations
  • 💰 Annual performance bonus - up to two salaries.
  • 🎁 Benefit budget - 950 RON/month (meal vouchers and other benefits) through the Benefit platform, plus a 70% employee discount on company products.
  • 🏖️ Holiday allowance representing 50% of the gross monthly salary, as well as Christmas and Easter bonuses (500 RON net for each occasion).
  • ⚖️ 21 vacation days standard, plus 1 day off for your birthday, and 1 extra day for each year of service (up to 26 days). Additional paid leave granted for special life events.
  • 🏥 Life insurance (Allianz) and Private medical insurance (Regina Maria).
