Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist gemeinsammit deinen Kolleg*innen für den operativen Ausbau von KI- undAutomati-sierungslösungenin der RATHGEBER Gruppe verantwortlich. Dabei stellst du die sichere, strukturierte und nachhaltige Einführung von KI-Anwendungen in den Fachbereichen sicher.
  • Du unterstützt den operativen Ausbau von KI- und Automatisierungslösungen, indem du konkrete Use Cases aus den Fachbereichen aufnimmst, technisch bewertest, prototypisch umsetzt, testest und gemeinsammit den Anwender*innen in den Arbeitsalltag überführst.Deine praktischen Erfahrungen aus der Umsetzung bringst du aktivin die Weiterentwicklung bestehender KI-, Daten- und Automatisierungsstandardsein.
  • Duwirkstaktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der KI- und Datenstrategie mit, optimierst kontinuierlich das Datenmanagement sowie die Datenstrukturen und identifizierstundbewertest KI- und Automatisierungs-Use-Cases.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen analysierst du Anforderungen, entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen– beispielsweise KI-Agenten, Automatisierungen, Workflows oder digitale Prozessunterstützungen –und setzt diese im Rahmen von IT-Projektenerfolgreichum.Dabei verantwortest du die Dokumentation, das Testmanagement, die Qualitätssicherung sowie die Begleitung des Rollouts.
  • Du setzt bestehende Vorgaben zu KI-Governance, Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von KI- und Automatisierungslösungen zuverlässig um.Darüber hinaus förderst du durch Wissensmanagement und Schulungen die kompetente Nutzung von KI-Anwendungen und befähigst Mitarbeitende im sicheren und effizienten Umgang mit KI.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet – alternativ verfügst du über eine gleichwertige Qualifikation oder entsprechende Praxiserfahrung.
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Prozessautomatisierung, Datenmanagement oder KI-Anwendungen – idealerweise im Microsoft-365-Umfeld mit Technologien wie SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerAutomateund der PowerPlatform.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kommunizierst souverän mit internen Stakeholdern und überzeugst durch eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise. Dabei bringst du eigene Ideen aktiv ein und setzt IT-Projekte erfolgreich um.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Grundkenntnisse in Python, PowerShell, SQL oder der Low-/No-Code-Entwicklung. Erfahrungen mit ERP- und DMS-Systemen sowie mitConfluence, Jira oderOpenProjectsind von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du fühlst dich in einem mittelständischen, familiengeführten Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien wohl und schätzt pragmatische Lösungen.
