Deine Aufgaben

  • Dein Aufgabenschwerpunkt liegt in der Sicherstellung und kontinuierlichen Einhaltung aller zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Vorschriften - insbesondere in den Bereichen EU-Zollverfahren, EU-Import/Export, Warenursprung sowie Verbrauchsteuern. Zudem sicherst du die fortlaufende Zoll-Zertifizierung.
  • Als Ansprechperson für zollrelevante Themen koordinierst du interne Abläufe und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden sowie allen relevanten Schnittstellen im Unternehmen.
  • Du verantwortest die ordnungsgemäße Zollabwicklung für Exporte in Drittländer sowie Importe aus Drittländern - einschließlich der Überwachung der Ein- und Ausfuhrprozesse, Ermittlung und Pflege der Zollstammdaten, Vorbereitung von Zollprüfungen und der revisionssicheren Dokumentenablage.
  • Zusätzlich bist du für die Durchführung der Exportkontrolle zuständig (Sanktionslisten- und Denied-Party-Screening, Duale-Use- und Güterlisteneinstufung, Ausfuhrgenehmigungen (BAFA) sowie Endverbleibs- und Endverwendungsprüfung).
  • Mit deiner Expertise unterstützt du interne und externe Stakeholder bei zollrechtlichen Fragestellungen, führst interne Schulungen durch und bist für die Erstellung und Pflege von Richtlinien, Arbeits- und Organisationsanweisungen zuständig.
  • Du bewertest gesetzliche Änderungen im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht hinsichtlich ihrer Relevanz für das Unternehmen, treibst das unternehmensinterne Wissensmanagement voran und entwickelst bestehende Zollprozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll, Export und Import. Zusätzliche Weiterbildungen im Zoll- oder Außenwirtschaftsrecht sind von Vorteil.
  • Neue Herausforderungen gehst du offen an und überzeugst durch ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe und Prozesse. Dabei entwickelst du kunden- und serviceorientierte Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team sowie eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und mit hoher Sorgfalt. Darüber hinaus bist du digital affin und setzt deine klare, zielgerichtete Kommunikation wirkungsvoll im Arbeitsalltag ein.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365-Anwendungen, ATLAS und idealerweise Microsoft BC sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du fühlst dich in einem mittelständischen, familiengeführten Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien wohl und schätzt pragmatische Lösungen.
